Dr. Richardson is a Board Certified Otolaryngologist (Ear, Nose, and Throat physician) with a specialty in Laryngology. After finishing his training in Otolaryngology, he completed a year-long fellowship with Dr. Bastian at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois, in 1996. Because of Dr. Richardson’s training, experience, and recognized abilities as a Laryngologist, Dr. Bastian invited him to join him as a colleague at Loyola University, and later to become a part of Bastian Voice Institute from its inception.
Dr. Richardson graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine in Seattle. He then served two years of general surgery training at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Originally from the Chicagoland area, she recently completed 10 years of medical training at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She graduated from the School of Medicine at the University of Michigan and then pursued an additional six years of postgraduate training (in ear, nose, and throat), also at that institution.
While at University of Michigan, she was the recipient of the Charles Krause Resident Award and was honored to serve as administrative chief resident.
